Registration on the Platform<\/p>\n

To participate in procedures published on the purchasing platform, you must create an account.<\/p>\n

One shared registration applies to all platforms \u2013 the account is created only once and can be used with all Buyers.<\/p>\n

To start the registration process, click the \u201cCreate Account\u201d button in the top-right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the registration form.<\/p>\n

  1. Entering Company Details<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Complete your company details. Fields marked with * are required. Without completing them, it will not be possible to successfully complete the registration process.<\/p>\n

    1. Entering Contact Person Details<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Complete the details of the person for whom the account will be registered. First name, last name, and e-mail address are required fields.<\/p>\n

      Please provide the e-mail address of the person who should receive access to the platform.<\/p>\n

      If the provided e-mail address is already registered, the following message will appear:<\/p>\n

      \u201cThis e-mail address is already in use. Please provide a different e-mail address or use the password reset option.\u201d<\/p>\n

      1. Setting a Password<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        During registration, the user sets their own password.<\/p>\n

        The password must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • minimum 10 characters<\/li>\n
        • at least one uppercase letter<\/li>\n
        • at least one lowercase letter<\/li>\n
        • at least one digit<\/li>\n
        • at least one special character<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          1. Acceptance of Terms and Consents<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Accept the required consents, including consent for the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n

            1. Account Activation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              After registration, you will receive an e-mail with an activation code.<\/p>\n

              To activate your account:<\/p>\n

              enter the received code according to the instructions provided in the e-mail.<\/p>\n

              After successful activation, you will see the message: \u201cYour account has been created\u201d.<\/p>\n
