Registration on the platform

Registration on the Platform

To participate in procedures published on the purchasing platform, you must create an account.

One shared registration applies to all platforms – the account is created only once and can be used with all Buyers.

To start the registration process, click the “Create Account” button in the top-right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the registration form.

  1. Entering Company Details

Complete your company details. Fields marked with * are required. Without completing them, it will not be possible to successfully complete the registration process.

  1. Entering Contact Person Details

Complete the details of the person for whom the account will be registered. First name, last name, and e-mail address are required fields.

Please provide the e-mail address of the person who should receive access to the platform.

If the provided e-mail address is already registered, the following message will appear:

“This e-mail address is already in use. Please provide a different e-mail address or use the password reset option.”

  1. Setting a Password

During registration, the user sets their own password.

The password must meet the following requirements:

  • minimum 10 characters
  • at least one uppercase letter
  • at least one lowercase letter
  • at least one digit
  • at least one special character
  1. Acceptance of Terms and Consents

Accept the required consents, including consent for the processing of personal data.

  1. Account Activation

After registration, you will receive an e-mail with an activation code.

To activate your account:

enter the received code according to the instructions provided in the e-mail.

After successful activation, you will see the message: “Your account has been created”.
